Harrison's Cave 5⭐ & Atlantis Submarine 4⭐

Harrison's cave was amazing. I went with my husband, mum and dad who all enjoyed themselves. We booked the standard tour on the monorail, which took us in the caves for around 45 mins - 1 hour. Our tour guide Jason was very informative and with the Bajan sense of humour, was great fun. Some of the views were breathtaking and we would all 100% recommend in booking this if you are travelling to Barbados. The Atlantis submarine was beyond words. We've never been into an actual working submarine before and was a little bit nervous when coming to boarding the submarine. Jeremy our tour guide along with the help of James, Curtis, Adrian and Terry made our trip memorial. They went through all of the health and safety on the boat travelling to the submarine (with the very funny Bajan sense of humour).Once aboard the submarine and into position below deck, we saw some amazing sites. All different types of fish, stingray, turtle and a ship wreck which was amazing. Could have been better if we saw some sharks but you can't control nature! If you are not good on boats, then this wouldn't be the best trip for you. Boat did rock (as boats do) and getting from the boat to the submarine was rocky as well. If you can stomach being on boat, definately book this tour as it was great fun for us 4 and really enjoyed ourselves. Harrison's Cave 5⭐ Atlantis Submarine 4⭐

Highlight of Island vacation

Harrison’s Cave experience was amazing, educational, and beautiful with underground waterfalls, pools, and formations. The train ride lets you get off at stops to take photos. Wish we had more time to shop at local craft booths. The Atlantis submarine was well organized by company. Photos taken before boarding a ferry that takes you out to sub with safety lecture, easy transfer from ferry to sub, comfortable and open atmosphere inside sub. Smooth ride with large portholes for viewing. We saw many different fish, corals, and sponges on reef. Lecturer was informative and told jokes. The highlight was seeing 2 lion fish which we have never seen on dive trips! Some fish even follow the sub. Ferry ride back to dock includes drink. Great experience for all! Taxi service was prompt.

Fun and Exciting!

Despite it being a submarine you don't feel claustrophobic so don't worry plus the tour guide will have you laughing the whole ride that you forget you are that deep under water!

Down and Under Cave Combo

We booked onto the Down and Under Cave Combo. We started our day being picked up by Cindy (RCR tours) who collected us from our hotel and gave us lots of knowledge about the island as she took us to Harrison's Caves. This was a fun little excursion where we rode trams through the tunnels of natural wonder. We got to grab a quick drink before being transported to Atlantis Submarines where we were submerged 140 feet deep under the ocean, seeing the seabed floor and being taken on a tour of the underwater life including tropical fish and the different types of coral reef. We got to see an old shipwreck and a turtle before returning back to land. Both experiences were great and very Covid safe, we required PCR tests in order to take part. Would recommend for families looking for a one-off experience and something fun and different to do!

If you wanna experience diving without getting wet, this is the experience for you! A really cool and safe experience to the world below the surface.
