We are local surf instructors with 25 years surf experience. The water temperature , beaches and waves are excellent in Barbados for learning to surf . Our team of instructors are the best on the planet . They have competed in the sport and represented their country in world ISA surfing many times . Our surf instructors are polite , caring , calm and most of all fun .

If you want to catch a bunch of waves in a tropical paradise, book a lesson through Dread or Dead surf school. Great people, rental boards, and vibes. Matthew was our instructor and he made sure my sister and I surfed the best waves for the conditions and our ability. I also highly recommend booking a photo session with Alan. Best souvenirs of the trip! A must do when in Barbados!

Great teachers, had surf lessons with Mathew, Axe and Ty (from old to young) at Dover beach this year. Taking very good care, good boards and perfect advise how to do better.

The experience has been fantastic. We are 2 days thru a 3 day school and are having a great time. The instructors, equipment, and mood are top notch. My daughter (11) is now addicted and I (60) am surviving with a smile.
